Can someone please clarify what this EE profile question is asking....?

Good day, all. Please can someone tell me what the IRCC is asking below? Is this question asking about Work experience or Education?

The EE Profile asks the following:

I have highlighted above what is relevant to my particular circumstance since I am not a tradesperson.

What date is the above asking for?




To save any obvious questions. My details are:

1. I am not able to provide work experience from England within the last 10 years --just my Canadian Experience.
2. I graduated from college in England in June 2004 with an ECA equivalent to a 1 year-Canadian college certificate (studying computer programming and Information Technology.
3. I am not a qualified tradesperson,; nor do I have a trade qualification of any kind.
4. My Primary NOC is 1221 - Administrative Officer. The requirements of which are shown below:
