I would imagine it's pretty straightforward to calculate using the table given on CIC website (I can't post links for whatever reason):

Listening 7: ~ CLB 7 = 4 points
Reading 8.5: ~ CLB 9+ = 6 points
Speaking 8: ~ CLB 9+ = 6 points
Writing 8: ~ CLB 9+ = 6 points

TOTAL: 22 points
