If someone is working as a customer service representative in a good Canadian bank..Can he apply under NOC1212 which is skilled and comes under category 'B'. Or he/she need to apply in a customer service reps.-financial service, which is actually category 'C' and the application is deemed to be rejected...if you chosse NOC1212 to apply for PR, is the letter from employer stating that his/her job is more resembling to NOC1212 which is a B is enough to satisfy people in buffalo?
