Can she add Work experience to express entry application?

Hello everyone, a friend of mine here in Canada came in with a student visa. While processing the student visa, she didn't put any previous work experience that she had.
Now, she's preparing to apply for Express Entry and she's confused if she can add the work experience now (which would definitely increase her score.
Any help ? Please.
