Hi everybody,
I have a question please i need your help.
If someone cas is regected and appeal for the federal court to be reviewed. During this time can he/she apply for
Post-graduation work permit (PGWP) ?
many people say after getting
Post-graduation work permit (PGWP) you can apply to become permanent residents??
Is it true ?? Or based in this situation it's not possible??
Did you get a study permit and have you been studying as an international student while you are waiting for a hearing? That would mean that you are also not using legal aid or welfare.
No i have no study permit i was not studying as international student while waiting but i have a bachelor's degree from my country . I only have work permit and working and I'm not in welfare.
Have you looked up PGWP? You qualify right after studying at certain programs in Canada not abroad.
PGWP is after you have studied in Canada. So, you need to have study visa first.
So you mean i can't do it even if i applied And get a study permit And studied besed in my situation ?

If you've been refused as a refugee, then it's highly unlikely a study permit will be approved.
