Hi Everybody, the situation here is a little bit complex: a friend who came to Cananda in his 30's as PR, give birth here and later went back to his country(without getting citizenship), now the child is in high school, he wants to come back to work in Canada and stay with the kid at the same time, he already found an employer and LMO is not an issue.
Is he gonna be issued a work permit without a problem? he is from a country that does NOT need a visa to enter Canada.
