Can only application forms be resubmitted CIC once applicaton is sent earlier ?

My application to CIC for FSW has been received on 10th Aug 2014 under NOC 2173, however now I doubt that I haven't signed one of the application forms ?

Can I resend only those specific forms, along with a self certification ?

Also, are the authorities too strict on signatures ?

The caps are already peaking !

Feeling anxious, Please suggest !!

Need help ..I have sent the courier (DHL)application for 2173 to post code B1P OA9..,
Although I have mentioned the post box 7500,but DHL has not mentioned the post box on the envelope wrapped on top of my envelope and eventually delivered to a person there..
I am a little worried whether the application is accepted by CIC are not..
