Hi there,

Please help me with the question as the followings.

If I do not get a CAQ before I apply my Post Graduation Work Permit, can I work in Quebec with the PGWP?

If not, how to work in Quebec with a post graduation work permit? Do I have to find an employer to apply the LMO (labour market opinion) and CAQ for me before I apply my Post Graduation Work Permit?
