Can one study dental certificate course for a couple months?

Hi,

My fiancee is on post graduate work permit in Canada and her work permit states that:
1. Not authorized to work in health services field occupations
2. Prohibited from taking any vocational training courses

Can she not:
1. Study dental certificate course for a couple months?
2. Work as a dental assistant?

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

I'll help with the second question. She cannot work as a dental assistant at this time. She will need to take a medical and then get the restriction lifted off her work permit in order to be able to work in a healthcare field.
