HRDC refused LMO saying there is no shortage of carpenters. Is there any appeal for it or a new application has to be submitted. With this reason of refusal is there any logic in applying for a new LMO. PLEASE HELP, I AM DESPERATE FOR A SOLUTION.
 
Hi there,

I just logged in to this website today to find answers/queries similar to my case. My situation is similar to you. My LMO got rejected even though i had a positive LMO for 2 years previously.

I wish to know if you were able to find a way to challenge the Service Canada's request regarding your LMO refusal? Also is there any other option you could suggest.
