I landed in Canada in 2004, but could not maintain my residence status and my PR card expired in 2009.
Can I apply again as skilled worker?
 
why cant you renew it? or why didn't you renew?
 
I do not meet the PR renewal requirement.
To get PR renewal I must stay at least 2 years in 5 years time.
I hardly stay 2 to 3 months.
