I am completing off campus work permit but i can't open imm5710e form. I update adobe reader to the latest version and tried on many computers but it still doesn't work. Is anyone else suffering this problem?
I have same problem with some documents. I am downloading the application and filling in instead of directly opening it from the browser.

I have checked the checklist for Work permit but there is no form IMM 5710 what is the form name and make sure that is needed ?
