Hi,

I am applying for BOWP as I am the primary applicant in my PR. My spouse is added as a dependant. But I will also include my spouse in my BOWP so she can get OWP.
Can we both stay in Canada while our BOWP and OWP applications are being processed? Can this be considered as 'implied' status?
Our current WP is expiring this Oct 2024 and don't know when we will receive the PR P1 email. Our medical and biometrics are completed in May and April 2024. ITA received Dec 2023.
