Can my sister sponsor me?

I have a twin sister in Mississauga Toronto living with her family, We are from Philippines< but I am currently working here in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Can she help me to migrate in Canada under her sponsorship? Thank you!

yes, She have with her husband and three children, but both our parents are deceased, Thank yo! for kindly answering my question.

So in that case she cannot sponsor you. If you want to immigrate to Canada, you should look into the economic streams like Express Entry and the Provincial Nominee programs.
