My friend applied inland and work permit and was wondering can she apply for child tax once she get her work permit. Her child is canadian with her canadian spouse for many years
 
Her Canadian spouse could have applied before she got PR, if the child was Canadian

For some reason, he try but didn't get it. So does that mean she needs to be PR in order ro apply child tax?
