Hi I'm working as drywall installer helper I have 2.5 year experience in this trade, is it possible if my employer can show me drywall installer In my pay role and my experience will be counted as skilled?

Not unless you are an actual skilled drywall installer. Your boss would be committing a crime if he lied on your application.
