Can My Employer Amend my T4 form taxable year 2009?

Is anybody can help me here please. I'm a Temporary Foreign Worker under Live-in Caregiver Program and next month I am qualified or met the needed requirements to apply for a Permanent Residence and worried about my T4 form taxable year 2009. Is it possible that my employer will gonna change my address? Or do we need a legal amendments for that? The digits are correct but only I'm worried with my address. Because I'm thinking, Immigration might think that I'm a live-out caregiver then; but the real story was that my Employer's Accountant put the old home address of my employer in the T4 form which we didn't change before I went to HR Block. I just informed my Accountant/HR Block that my address is the current home address that I am working which she allowed me to wrote it in a post-it tiny yellow paper and attached in my T4 form. That's why all the checks and all my CRA letters sent thru my address where I'm working and living with my employer.

a) Yes, your employer can amend your T4, but it is unusual to do this just for a change of address.
b) It is up to you to keep the CRA informed of your current address.
