Hi there

I just got the LMO refusal letter last week and I'm currently have the implied status.

Just wondering can my (same)employer still allow to help me to apply a new LMO again when I'm still have the implied status ?

Have you applied for a work permit without the LMO? If so, then you will get a refusal, and you won't have implied status. You would then either have to apply for restoration (if your work permit expired less than 90 days ago) or leave and apply outside Canada.
