My brother and his wife has CANADA PR .they are there for last 4 years .am a 40 year old banking professional with who is eligible under skilled worker programme but yet to get the invitation as my overall marks are 355.pl. advise can my brother sponser me and my wife and a 8 year old son for PR.

I deduce that they can not sponsor you or your wife. But you can use them to gain more points in PR application. This is my opinion, you may seek legal help as well.

No - they can't. You will have to qualify to immigrate on your own if you wish to come to Canada. 355 is far too low to be selected under Express Entry. You should work to increase your score.

Age kills the point. Best option is to keep giving ielts exam or french exam. Try reach 400. Then ontario program
