Can mother's real brother can be considered as relative to get points in express entry?

I have my mother's real brother in Canada. He is a Canadian citizen and he lives in Alberta. Can I use this relationship to get points under Express Entry program?

That makes him your uncle. So yes you can claim eligibility points under adaptability.
But that won't give you any CRS points. Under that, relatives need to be a sibling (brother or sister).
