Please can someone do his medical for Spousal Outland Application outside the country of his residence?

The person got TRV approved after applying for Spousal Outland and planning to travel immediately but need to clarify if he can do his medical in Canada once the medical request is made?

Hi, I am in the similar situation but I have received additional medical request for my wife and she is travelling on visit visa for holidays in Canada. Can I get the additional x-ray done from here?
