can marital status be changed after getting the document request under new rule?

Hello Guys,

i recently got married and if forgot to update my marital status on arrima under the new rule. I got document request under skilled worker category today for the csq application filed in January 2018 and i cant update it on Mon-Project.
Is it possible to send the proof of the marriage with required documents and letter of explanation saying to change my status from single to married??Please let me know.
If yes what all application needs to be filled and how to proceed the payment by adding spouse to my application.

Yes I spoke to them and they asked to send the explanation letter with necessary documents .
What do you think will be the best option ? To apply by myself and to sponsor my wife ?

How long does it take for Federal PR after CsQ ?
New rule says it comes in a shorter period of time .

If you have time, I would suggest adding your wife to your CSQ application.

New rules look promising for processing the CSQ application on time, But for Federal, right now the processing time is of 23 months.

Hello. I advise you to add her if you haven't got your csq yet. If you got it declare her as non accompanied because it will delay the process. Wich is my case now although i applied for PR as single and now i don't know what to do with the federal how to declare my marriage
