My passports along with the Medicals, PCC and RPRF submitted to the NDVO but there is some thing still needs to be submitted. The X- Ray report for my wife.
I got my medicals done for all family members except the X- Ray for my wife's who is pregnant right now. She is expected to deliver during coming August. I read on the CIC website that we can choose to undergo the X- Ray after she delivers the baby. However they claim that the application would be delayed by aproxx 2 months.
Has anyone experienced the delay in application processing due to Incomplete Medicals either in pregnancy or any other conditions? Pls share your views!!!!!
Will they consider issuing me and my child the PR and hold my wifes visa until the Meds are recieved? Or will they hold the complete application for all the members??? Experts pls advice.
does the RPRF includes your unborn baby? if not, then they'll ask for it.
and as per my knowledge, they will not issue any VISA to PA until all the family members are good to go.
Your case surely will have some delays since the DMP has already put on papers and informed CIC abt your wife pregnancy. So in Aug they will reissue a medical for only Xray part for ur wife. Again you will have to send fees plus passport copy , photos for new born plus again POF since now the new member will be included so u need to show around 20600 dollars.
In short you will reach Christmas time I guess.
Christmas time would be a good time to be there. Will they give me (Principal Applicant) and my 1st Child the visa? And give my wife and the new born child the visa later after POF, PPR, MED ( X- Ray), FEE, Etc.
Bryan your file will be on hold until your wife delivers.we are in d same shoes .i did my medicals last year except d xray. my hubby and baby has not been given their visa. I was asked to do my xray after i deliver.so am waiting
Bryan 98 , our medical request came with the request for RPRF. PPR has not been recieved yet cos i was asked to re do my xray in january but at that time i was pregnant and was asked to redo my xray after i deliver.
Olddream I did not inform the VO about my wifes pregnancy before the medical examination. They would know through the DMPs medical examination report about it. If you click the link i have shared below this would explain in detail about how the medical examination is carried out.
Dear All,
Is it a risky idea for my wife and coming baby to undergo chest x-ray examination with abdominal shielding while my wife pregnency period is about 25 weeks.
Please reply.
