Hi i got refusal when i applied for pgwp open work permit due to unable to provide documents they requested.
And now i apply for pgwp open work permit through restoration of status. Can i work when i’m waiting for decision?

No. If you had to apply for Rehabilitation, you are currently without status and working would be illegal.
