I have received the Canada Open work permit stamp last year issued for H1B visa holders in USA. I have Indian Passport and want to explore few cities in Canada. I don't have a job offer in Canada and I am still working in US in H1B visa. Can I visit Canada with the open work permit stamp or do I need to apply separately for a Canadian tourist visa ?
