Can I use WES reference number to create my EE profile

Hi,
Do I need to put Wes reference number to create my EE profile or
Should I wait for the report to come and then create it.
Does it make any difference, if yes, then how much time does Wes takes to evaluate a report.
I wanted to make my EE profile as soon as possible, but do I have to wait till my report come.

You need to wait for the report as it will mention the Canadian Equivalency of your degree in addition to your ECA report number which is required while creating the profile.
