I am on work permit with LMIA Approved full time job here, while filling my PR Application I have some concerns;
If I want to claim one year experience points, in Canada (Canada Experienced class) can I click yes on this point 8, since my work permit was through LMIA approved job offer?
but now that LMIA is one year old.

in a skilled job listed as Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B in the 2011 National Occupational Classification
