I have 3 degrees in Physics, Bachelor (2000-2004), Master (2004-2006), and Doctorate (2006-2009). Now in my University (www.ysu.am) at the time I was a student we had courses only in Bachelor and Master degree and only some general course of philosophy in the PhD years. So the academic transcripts are only available for the Bachelor and Master degrees. Now, I am going to apply for Education Credential Assessment at WES.org for Canada immigration. I am wondering is it ok to submit only my PhD diploma without academic transcripts/marks, or, maybe, it is safer to submit Master's degree with the marks, as that degree is enough for the program I am going to apply.
Submit any valid completely FINISHED degree. This must be sealed at the University and shipped to Canada. If it looks the slightest bit unfinished or does not contain certified marks - forget it. Very frequently Univesities are phoned to ensure they are legitimate. Remember 60% of Canadians have degrees or diplomas so we are pretty sharp with them. Also be prepared to discuss your degrees in detail; talking about your speciality. The list below is from the OP's school. Obviously you can not just pick courses you have taken before; mix them all together and "poof" a PhD. Sorry it just doesn't work like that. What the heck would WES be evaluating if they have a submission with NO marks.
Bachelor's Programmes:
Physics
Nuclear Reactor Physics
Applied Mathematics and Physics
Master's Programmes:
Theoretical Physics
Macromolecular Physics
Nuclear Physics and Nuclear Energy
Methods of Mathematical Physics, Linear and Non-linear Approximations
Optoelectronics and Photonics
Optics
Solid-state Physics
Astrophysics
Physics of Quantum Technologies
