I applied for my student visa through online and then I got acceptance letter to submit my passport.I sent my passport via blue dart courier service to high commission of canada,New delhi .It is been more than 20 days since I sent my passport.The courier service says it is delivered.what is the reason for this delay ?.Moreover ,I have only three days left.what do I have to do?.please help me.
