can I use Bachelor's degree (four years) and Postgraduate diploma (one semester) to claim "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees"

I evaluated the "Wes" report with the 2 degrees I have done, and it is evaluated as a Bachelor's degree (Four years) and Postgraduate Diploma(One semester). I am planning to claim "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" in my EE profile based on the below tweet I have come across from the IRCC Canada. Please let me know your thoughts.

If you got the same response then you can claim “two or more”

Are you sure about this? I don't think they can claim points for the diploma with one semester mentioned as the program needs to be at least of 1 year.

Misread - one semester. So it wouldn’t be a diploma.
