Hi I think I am about to receive my CAQ (applied 2 months ago). However, I've changed my mind and decided to attend a different university.
So, when I receive my CAQ (the old one), Can I use it to apply for study permit even though they are not the same university? Otherwise I would have to apply for the CAQ (new) all over and wait another 2 months again. I have yet paid any fee for either university.

Can anyone share some insights?
