Hello,
Can I use and international driving licence or international driving permit as a class 1 licence in Alberta?
Even just for the first few weeks on arriving in Canada till I can take my class 1 test there. Any help or advice would be fantastic.
I too have 1 year international driving license. wanted to know if I could use the same for class 1 driving test.

I don't see a reason why you can't?
If your international license is issued as a class 1, you can certainly use it in Alberta for the first three months upon arrival (that's by law).
