Can I Update my EE profile with new Lmia and job offer to get ITA, before obtaining workpermit

Hi,

Currently I'm on workpermit status in Canada until sep 2015 but not working because employer closed business, so got new employer lmia with job offer for this can I update my EE profile to get ITA before obtaining my workpermit.

You should be able to - you get the points for a LMIA supported offer. Offers can be contingent upon receiving P/R, so it would make sense that you could.
