I just received my PR confirmation letter which asks if I am currently in Canada.
Technically I am but I do plan to travel abroad at the end of the week though.
Can I travel? I
do currently have a TRV and a valid work permit.

Once you received your eCOPR you're a permanent resident of Canada which means all your TRV and work permit will not be valid any more. You can either wait to reply the portal email until you're back (you have 30 days I believe) or travel after you get the PR card.

The saw the same case with my friend.
Once he got the eCOPR, he travelled and applied for PRTD from the travelled country. This PRTD will take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
