Hi, just landed a week ago and waiting for PR card to be delivered.
Is getting domestic airline within canada ok without having pr card?

Yes not a problem. Once you're a PR you can go anywhere within Canada as its your home now
 
As the others have said, not a problem to fly WITHIN Canada. To go out of Canada and fly back will be a problem without either a PR Card or a PRTD.
