Can i submit my PR application without a police report?

Hi I applied for police report and it will take 15 days. I only have 10 days to submit my PR application. Also, i have a police report that i got last time i was in my country and i went to turkey and came back to my country. I beleive i need to get a new police report cuz i entered my country again. So can i go ahead attach the old police report and when i get the new one then i send it to them?

Yes you can, as long as you explain all of this in the LOE (Letter of Explanation). And you are correct, you would require a new once since you entered the country again. Also, try to include any kind of proof that you have requested the PCC so that you satisfy them that yes you are indeed waiting for the PCC.

Better to get a new one and apply rather than applying with old one with an LOE. its the most critical document for PR processing

Thanks, i will send them the police report like 4 days after i submit. I will use IRCC webform to send them the new police report. And in 4 days i dont think they would open the profile so dont u think i will be fine? I mean i dont wanna risk getting into the pool again

If u have only 10 days left then u have no option. But see if u can follow up with them to expedite the pcc
