Hello,

I wish to apply for CSQ for Quebec program being currently locate din Quebec. I learned recently from my friend that I can submit the application for CSQ and then submit IELTS score to not delay the application.

Can I submit IELTS score after submitting application for CSQ , which takes 3 months to allocate file number? Is this still valid, as the person who informed me had done it few years back.?
