So, I messed up in submitting my documents post-ITA and last week, they canceled my application deemed as incomplete. Now I want to get into the EE pool again and was wondering what would be the best course of action? Should I submit another application using the same login profile that I had before? This will give me the option of having my profile create date of Nov 2018. I am assuming that will be handy incase of tiebreaker rule if I land on tiebreak score.
Or
I need to have a separate login profile and have it using that?
