Hey guys, bit of a messy situation here so I'd appreciate some clarification

My current status is:
Outland Spousal PR application in progress, for Quebec.
CSQ received.
Came to Canada on a TRV
Spousal Open Work Permit approved

I'd now like to study as well, but have no idea where to get started. Quebec's immigration website seems to say I don't need a CAQ if I have a CSQ, but now that the PAL is a new requirement and it goes on the CAQ, I'm not sure what the requirements are
