Hi, all
I have 3 questions and I'd like to get some answers from you guys, please.
I'm on disability PWD and married, my wife is from Algeria. We want to try TRV for her to visit me in canada but she is not working as she is a homemaker.
1- Can she be approved for trv?
2- Can I get approved to sponsor her?
3- how to convince immigration that I will take care of her? I'm willing to find a part-time job along with my PWD income.
1. If she shows funds (cash in the bank), travel history, ties to return.
2. As long as you are not on social assistance.
3. Does getting a job change PWD income.

It is not the fact that you are on disability that is the problem like social assistance it is the fact that the level of payment on disability is hard enough to live on as as single person and often requires support through other means (family, charity, etc.) so having to support another person on that income would be very difficult. You would need to show how you could support another person. So you were able to travel to Algeria multiple times to meet her and then eventually marry her?

1. She can try applying. It may be quite difficult to be approved based on her profile.
2. There are no income requirements to sponsor a spouse. Having said that, it can be more difficult to be approved if the sponsor is on disability. It is recommended that your wife be working if at all possible so that IRCC has confidence she will work once she arrives in Canada and won't end up on social assistance along with you.
3. Ideally she would show she is working.
1. If she shows funds (cash in the bank), travel history, ties to return.
2. As long as you are not on social assistance.
3. Does getting a job change PWD income.
Thank you very much.
If she have €5000 euro, equal to $6000 CAD in her bank account would help?
As I'm in disability I can still work and make $1000 / month and still receive my disability benefits. Kind of a part time job for me would help us get our sponsorship application approved? Should I wait until I find work and send our sponsorship application or is OK with just disability? My rent is $800 and I still have $700 to buy food and stuff. Can I show immigration that I'm searching for a job and how?

You should start earning the $1000 asap. Surviving on $1500/month for 1 person is almost impossible in most parts of Canada but not sure how 2 people would survive on this. Even supporting 2 people on $2500/month is difficult.
