Can i show my cousin brother as a relative living in canada ?

i have my cousin ( Father's elder brother's son) who was a Canadian citizen , we both share the same family name. Can i show him as a relative and gain 5 points in adaptability area?

No - you can't. Cousins don't count as relatives for adaptability points.
