Is it okay if we do it? They recently requsted a few documents but she has issues creating an account and when I create one for her, it doesn't seem to link. So is it okay if we use the same account or if I upload the files in behalf of her (even though they re-requested files from her)?

Do you have the upload screen and buttons when you login? If so, then upload away, just make sure the right person signed the right forms etc.
