Can i select All Provinces and Also individual province while filing express entry profile

Hi friends..i see there are individual provinces mentioned and on last "All Provinces and Territories" option mentioned in provinces and territoriess of interest.

Whether it is a good idea to individually select provinces and also all provinces option.

or only we should select All provinces option only.
