My visa will expire in dec 2012. MY passport and my OWP will expire on june 2013. Can I renew my work permit and passport if my visa expired?
Yes, the visa is only needed if you want to reenter the country. So, you can apply to renew your work permit with an expired visa, although it's probably just better to renew your entry visa when it expires...
