So I just lodged my application yesterday and I have an appointment with the consular office to get my passport renewed Friday next week. IF everything goes well and my application is approved, would it be okay to send in my new passport instead? (The old passport gets a punch hole after renewal)
Another thing to note is that I'm planning to schedule my biometrics appointment Monday next week, meaning I'll still be using the old passport.
Based on my own experience, yes. Once you receive your new passport, submit a clear scanned copy of the biopage via webform. That’s what I did. IRCC acknowledged the receipt of additional document afterwards.

Hi, may i ask what webform is there and where I can find it?
