Sorry it might be a dumb question ?

I downloaded the forms from CIC website
Filled the columns using my computer.
I am sure I need to scan the forms to upload in my Application Portal.
My question is Can I rename the Federal Required Forms after scanning it or is it mandatory to keep the name as it like "IMM5406E " , "IMM5409E ". ..etc

Any piece of Information is highly appreciable. Please answer me if you have any experience plz dont guess it
