Apply for work permit extension in CIC on 16th September with valid unnamed LMO, and also do application to SC for name addition in that LMO on same day.
But when i called SC after 3 weeks to know how long does it takes to be on my name then they told me the LMO is still suspended..Now i'm not quit confident for approval of my work permit..so i decided to apply for study permit but don't know can i still do that? as i'm implied status for work permit extension..can i process study and work permit application both togather?.. and if not then what are the other option??..as i'm running out of time..
pls help me with your advice.
That LMO was approve just before moratorium so it was still valid until end of september..when i called SC they told me some of them are still suspended due to moratorium...but they don't know why it was still suspended even moratorium was over..they send a escalation mail to their officer but there was no result..
