Can I pay the RPRF online (outland application)?

I just received an email from CIC-Manila and they're asking for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). The link that they gave me (www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp) seems to indicate that I have to send the RPFP payment to the visa office that's processing my application (Manila).

Can I pay online (most convenient for me)?

Does anyone have any related experience? Please share. Thanks!

I believe that you should pay online and send the VO a copy(scanned) of the receipt. Also, I have heard(or rather, read on here) that you should send a copy of it to Mississauga as well.

That helps a lot! Thank you, MadeInCanada! I will do that now. The request for RPRF came with my PPR, so I want to get both docs out today.
