Yes, you can pay using your mom's card. Doesn't matter where the payment is coming from, as long as you pay all the fees required to process the application. Just include in the application the online receipt that you will get in your email.
 
If I pay today but not going to send the application yet..how many days will it be valid?

There is no expiry. You can pay today and apply next year.
