This may sound naive to you but i have a very urgent question. I am trying to pay PR Card Fees Online payment mode instead of going to the Financial institution .
Question : Is it ok to use USA Credit Card for the Fees payment in Canadian dollar ?
I've done it before. Sometimes, the bank will reject the charge because it is a large charge outside the USA, so you might have to call the bank and tell them the charge is okay, then try again.
Just a update. I did use my US Credit Card for Paying PR Card Fees .
It went fine,however ,as per the rules i had to pay 3% international transaction fees.
